User Experience Specialist
User Experience Specialist Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues from Marketing, Product and other teams to collect and analyze data, and to maximize the performance of our campaigns and marketing efforts on all channels (landing pages, internal ads, and our website and mobile app) for new and existing users across italki devices. Research, plan and implement initiatives and best practices from the industry aiming at improving user retention such as loyalty programs and promotions. Convert qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized A/B testing. Take action on key metrics and KPIs such as user conversion rate through continuous testing to all touch points in the perspective of an omni-channel experience. Identify opportunities and gaps in the user journey to fill in with marketing activities that can increase conversion rates and boost the future purchases from italki users. Develop customer centric retention and loyalty strategies to optimize Key Performance Indicators including user lifetime value, retention/churn levels and average revenue per user. This also includes testing, measuring, evaluating and reporting. Approach CRM and retargeting automation to create an integrated re-engagement and re-activation strategy, from first in-app message/push notification to retargeting advert outside of italki. Be the voice and expert of our user base and partner with product, creative, and customer service to deliver brilliant customer experiences. Requirements BA/BS in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years experience with digital marketing tactics, especially conversion optimization and/or retention. Strong analytical skills. Project management experience Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications and manner with internal and external customers at all level. Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills in English Fluent in English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus. Previous experience in the creation and delivery of loyalty programs. Previous knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or others.
